Terms of Service

1. The service

TesWatch ("we", "us") provides a web application that plays video in a large-screen browser from sources you connect: YouTube, a Plex media server you own or have access to, and a Live TV playlist you supply. These terms are the agreement between you and TesWatch for your use of the service at teswatch.com.

2. Accounts

You need an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done with your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to subscribe.

3. Plans

The free plan includes 30 minutes of viewing every 24 hours across every provider and up to three screens at once. Premium removes the free viewing limit for $5.99 a month, billed monthly in advance, with a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. Current prices are listed at teswatch.com/pricing. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change applies from your next renewal after the notice period.

4. Payment

Subscriptions are sold by TesWatch and payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"); we never see or store your card details. Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, which takes you to Stripe's customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. 5. Your content and third-party services

TesWatch does not supply, host or license video. YouTube is provided by Google under YouTube's terms. Plex content is your own library on a server you control. Live TV channels come from a playlist you provide; you are responsible for having the right to watch what that playlist contains and for complying with your provider's terms. We do not review, endorse or take responsibility for third-party content or services.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service while driving, for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, to interfere with the service or other users, or to circumvent limits or security. Watching is intended for a parked vehicle. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; third-party sources can change or fail outside our control. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Premium, we will refund any unused part of a paid period.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Ending these terms

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may end these terms if you break them. Sections that by their nature should survive (payment obligations already incurred, liability, and content responsibility) survive termination.
